From managing pupils and staff, to handling billing, reports, and communication, the platform brings everything into one clean, easy-to-use system. Whether it’s a preschool, primary school, or sports academy, the system scales naturally as the organisation grows.

A big part of this project was not just building features, but thinking through real-life school workflows - reducing paperwork, saving time, and making processes faster and more reliable.

The platform was built with a strong focus on automation, simplicity, and real-world usability. Every feature was designed to reduce manual work and improve how schools manage their daily operations.

  A complete invoicing system that automatically generates monthly invoices based on student enrolments and class fees, while tracking payment statuses in real time.

  A built-in calendar allows schools to schedule events and notify parents automatically, ensuring nothing important gets missed.

Building iCloud Kids pushed me to think beyond just development and really understand how systems impact people on a daily basis.

I learned that the real value of software lies in saving time, reducing stress, and creating clarity. By focusing on automation, structured data, and clean workflows, I was able to turn a complex environment into something simple and reliable.

This project strengthened my ability to build scalable, real-world systems that don’t just work - but actually make a difference.
